Universal Basement Waterproofing Ltd 10-year warranty is issued free of charge upon completion of all Commercial and Domestic waterproofing works. Working closely with Delta Membrane Systems and The Institute of Specialist Surveyors and Engineers’ strict installation criteria, ensures the very highest standards of Warranty protection are provided.
Your Warranty will also be endorsed by Universal Home Build Ltd, with its 50-year trading pledge.
We also offer an additional service whereby your Warranty can be insurance-backed for its entire term offering you the Industry’s strongest long-term protection.
Included with your warranty is our comprehensive survey report. This full-colour document provides photographic evidence and scope of works of what was Installed, where and why. Each area is referenced to a CAD drawing. All this information offers you complete peace of mind.
